Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: For all orders of $25.00 or more we offer free shipping with our standard ground delivery option. All other order shipping options and charges will be displayed on the Invoice, before confirming your order.
Q: How will my order be processed and shipped?
A: Approved orders received on Monday through Thursday before 3:00 PM EST will be processed that same day and shipped no later than the following day.
A: Approved orders received before 12:00 PM EST on Friday's will be processed and shipped no later than 12:00 PM EST Saturday.
A: Approved orders received on Friday after 12:01 PM EST will be processed and shipped no later than 5:00 PM EST the following Monday.
A: Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed and shipped no later than 5:00 PM EST the following Monday.
Q: Who does FunTimecostumes.com use for shipping?
A: We mainly use UPS. We will use other carriers if needed. You may not request to use a specific carriers
Q: Does FunTimeCostumes.com ship international orders?
A: NO. At this point in time FunTimecostumes.com only ships to our United States customers.
Q: Does FunTimecostumes.com ship to P.O. Boxes?
A: NO. We will not ship to a P.O. Box
