FunTimeCostumes.com offers the following Returns Policy:

Our Return policy applies to purchases made only on our website. This policy does not apply to purchases made in our seasonal Halloween Headquarters stores where all sales are final. In the Halloween costume industry, returns are generally not accepted.  However, at FunTimeCostumes.com our goal is complete customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your Halloween costume purchase, we will gladly accept your return or exchange under the following conditions:

1. All returns and exchanges must be accompanied by a valid Return Authorization (RA) number issued by FunTimeCostumes.com.

2. All returns must be postmarked back to us no later than 3 business days after you receive the product.

3. All returns must be returned in new condition with all original packaging.

4. Costume(s) returned must be unworn, used or altered in anyway.

5. Costume and Halloween accessories and props must be returned unopened and in the original packaging.

6. All shipping charges are the customers responsibility and are non refundable.

7. Return shipping to FunTimeCostumes.com is the customers responsibility and with the courier of your choice.

8. The return and credit refunds process may take as long as 10-14 days after we have received the returned product.

Non Returnable items: Undergarments, masks, pantyhose, tights, wigs, hats, makeup and shoes.
